Bag filter has a variety of filter impurities, different bag filter has different cleaning methods. The following series describes the cleaning methods of multi-link backwash bag filter, suction bag filter and swivel bag filter.
Multi-tandem backwash bag filter cartridge with cylindrical filter for filtration. When the pressure difference between the outlet and the population reaches a certain value, backwash is carried out. The upper and lower two special three-way valves close the population inlet and open the sewage pipe; Turn off outlet flow and turn on backwash stream. Backwash water through the filter screen from the outside to the inside of the filter slag, through the sewage pipe discharge.
Suction bag filter is to use the suction nozzle in the filter screen to suck out the dirt on the surface of the screen. During self-cleaning, open the blowdown valve, connect the nozzle with the blowdown pipe, and the differential pressure between the blowdown pipe and the external pressure makes the suction nozzle produce strong suction. Suction bag filter has the characteristics of compact volume, reliable mechanical structure, flushing speed requirements, low screen pressure, less cleaning effect, etc.
The arm bag filter is a compact multi-unit backwash bag filter. Sewage is filtered out as it passes through the screen from the inside out. When the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet reaches the set value, backwash is carried out. The gear motor rotates the arm under the filter element to be cleaned, cuts off the air inlet, and opens the sewage discharge valve.
