Design advantages of multi-bag filter

Quick-opening multi-bag dust collector is a new type of bag dust collector with convenient operation and novel design. Reasonable structure, good sealing, high pressure, beautiful appearance. The main components include top cover, spring gravity balancing device, handwheel fastening device, stainless steel elastic hoop, lifting rod, filter element, internal filter bag and filter basket.
1. Multi-bag filter adopts stainless steel elastic hoop instead of the traditional ring bolt compression device, which shortens the filter top cover switching time to less than half a minute, saving 30-50 times than the ordinary rocker arm bag machine, greatly improving the work efficiency.
2. Multi-bag filter has a high voltage performance of 1.2MPa, and the designed pressure value is more than 20% higher than similar products.
3. The elastic gravity balancing device of the multi-bag filter replaces the traditional manual rocker arm, which can be lifted up and down the top with only one finger.
