How to use bag filter correctly?

The design structure of the bag filter is that the filter's top cover and filter element are tightly sealed by four sets of pendulum ring bolts, enabling the filter to withstand high filtration pressure and water hammer impact. The filter consists of a filter element, a filter basket and a filter bag. The filter is compact. Easy. The liquid to be filtered enters through the inlet of the filter. After the flow filter bag, it is intercepted by the filter bag, and the water quality flows out from the outlet.
This product is a kind of reasonable structure, simple operation, flexible, energy-saving multifunctional filtration equipment. There are two structural forms: the top entrance type and the side entrance type. Combined with fine polishing and high pressure shot peening, the inner and outer walls are smoother, easy to clean, less filter slag, and it is very convenient to replace the filter bag.
1. Place the product in the position to be filtered, connect the inlet and outlet flange or pipe teeth, and then fix the filter. Plug the vent or install an exhaust valve. The jacket device is connected with the thermal insulation heat source.
2. Carefully, gently place the metal inner tube into the bag dust collector so that the neckline of the inner tube overlaps the mouth of the bag dust collector.
3. Place the filter bag so that the buckle of the filter bag is consistent with the neckline of the metal internal network.
