Self-cleaning function of automatic filter

Automatic filter is a new type of water treatment equipment composed of bone nylon brush and stainless steel parts, through the filter element to purify the water, with small cleaning water consumption, low cleaning pressure, easy installation of equipment and other advantages, system water treatment.
The internal structure of the self-cleaning filter is composed of stainless steel wire brush (or bone-nylon brush), stainless steel filter element and transmission parts. The transmission motor and electric valve automatically complete cleaning and blowdown, with differential pressure or timing automatic blowdown function.
When the water flows through the filter, the mechanical impurities in the water are intercepted by the filter element. When the accumulated impurities on the surface of the filter element increase to a certain extent, the sewage can be cleaned and discharged according to the timing method or the pressure difference method. The whole cleaning and sewage discharge process does not require personnel operation, without stopping to ensure the safe and reliable discharge of water under any circumstances.
