Factors affecting the service life of bag filter:
The interception accuracy of the filter bag determines the interception capacity and contaminant absorption capacity of the bag dust collector. The more the quantity and quality of the intercepted dirt, the higher the pollution degree of the filter bag, the smaller the available effective filtration area, and the obvious performance is the shorter the service life of the filter bag.
The material of the filter bag affects the flow rate of the fluid on the surface of the filter bag. The smooth and loose material surface has little friction with the fluid, and the flow rate is fast. The intercepted impurities remain on the surface of the filter bag, which is not easy to plug the hole of the filter bag, and the service time is longer.
On the contrary, the friction between the material and the fluid with rough surface and thick structure is large, the flow rate of the fluid is slowed down, the trapped impurities are easy to enter the filter bag, block the filter bag, the filter bag hole, the effective opening area of the filter bag is reduced, and the service life of the filter bag is shortened.
Therefore, it is recommended that the user inform the technical staff of the R&D center of the filtered water quality parameters before selecting the bag filter, so that we can recommend a more economical filter for you.
