What is the maintenance technology of bag filter

Bag dust collector has the characteristics of reasonable structure, simple and flexible operation, wide range of energy saving and strong adaptability. With two kinds of structure, the upward and side entry, plus polishing and high pressure shot peening, the inner and outer walls are smoother, easier to clean, less residual filtrate, and the replacement of filter bag is very convenient.
This product is a pressure filter device, which is mainly composed of filter drum, filter cover, rapid starter, stainless steel filter bag reinforcement net and other main components. The filtrate flows into the filter bag through the inlet pipe on the side of the filter shell. The filter bag is housed in a reinforced cage. The filter bag has the required fineness grade of osmotic solution, and qualified filtrate can be obtained. The impurity particles are intercepted by the filter bag. It is very convenient to replace the filter bag, and no material is consumed in the filtration process.
Many users are curious. They may want to take the device apart to see what's inside, or when it breaks down, instead of going to a factory to fix it, they choose to fix it themselves. In this case, we advise you not to do so.
Non-professional technicians do not know how to dismantle and repair the equipment. Otherwise, the device may be damaged beyond repair. If there is a problem with the equipment, we will go to the maintenance staff and ask them to repair the equipment.
In daily use, the frequency of contact between equipment and air is very high.
