Common faults of self-cleaning filters

Self-cleaning filter is a new type of water filtration equipment. Its filtering effect is obvious. Self-cleaning filter has the advantages of large storage capacity, high degree of automation, self-cleaning and continuous flow of sewage. When the customer uses the self-cleaning filter, if there is a problem, it can solve by itself, and it is not necessary to replace the equipment when there is a problem.
Water leakage problems of self-cleaning filters usually occur in the drive shaft part of the filter (cylinder and flange welding part of the water leakage is not in this scope). There are two reasons for this problem. First, the raw materials or specifications of the transmission shaft sealing ring do not meet the requirements, so you can replace the sealing ring that meets the requirements.
After a long time of operation, the self-cleaning filter will appear the problem of active blowdown valve, which is specifically manifested in the active cleaning of the self-cleaning filter, the blowdown valve does not move or the blowdown valve cannot be opened. Manufacturers of self-cleaning filters with this problem usually choose domestic solenoid valves, which are pilot operated. First, the solenoid valve opens the pilot hole and then relies on water pressure in the system to flush the barrier to open the valve.
