How does a backwash filter work?

When the backwash filter is working properly, the steering control valve opens. After the filter medium passes through the filter screen, the principle of inertia is used to intercept the fine particles in the medium. Due to the influence of pressure, some trapped particle impurities will be deposited on the inner surface of the filter element.
In addition, blowdown backwash, backwash filter will turn control valve closed, blowdown valve open. At this time, the medium is forced to enter the outer side of the filter element from the filter element inlet section of the filter and the shell interlayer, the impurities adhering to the filter screen from the outer side of the filter element backwash, in order to achieve the purpose of cleaning the filter element when the steering valve is closed, the flow rate of the medium through the backwash valve increases, at this time due to the pressure difference, the backwash effect of the sewage valve is better.
