Automatic backwash filter juice scheme

General network filter because of its filtering effect is good, low resistance, widely used in water filtration, industrial circulating water system and other fields, but its disadvantages are small sewage, sewage blockage, cleaning work is complex, must be removed to achieve the filter part, can not monitor the filter state, by human factors, so that the degree of automation of the whole system is very low.
Automatic backwash filter with raw water filtering, automatic cleaning filter element, sewage cleaning system uninterrupted water supply function. Compared with the previous filter, the equipment has the advantages of high degree of automation, large capacity, self-cleaning sewage, uninterrupted water supply, and wide application.
The water treatment filter is mainly composed of high quality carbon steel or stainless steel cylinder, stainless steel plastic filter of special structure, water flow guide valve, differential pressure controller, electric control box and sewage discharge device. When the filter is working, the flow guide valve opens and the water enters the filter from the inlet and flows into the outlet after filtering. The machine adopts differential pressure control and positioning control, automatic cleaning screen.
When the filter inlet and outlet pressure difference reaches the set value or the timer reaches the preset time, the electric control box sends a signal, and the blowdown valve opens (the water flow guide valve opens) to further flush and discharge the impurities stuck on the inner wall of the filter. When the flow guide valve is fully closed, the water is forced to enter the filter through the filter inlet section of the net into the filter outside, most of the net liquid out of the outlet.
Part of the net liquid enters the inside of the screen from the outside of the screen (because the system is in a pressure relief state, the internal pressure of the screen is less than the external pressure), so as to backwash the screen. Specially constructed stainless steel fit the strainer to produce a spray effect inside the strainer, and any magazines are washed away by the smooth inner wall.
