Principle of selection of automatic filter

An automatic filter is a device that removes small amounts of solid particles from liquids and can protect the normal operation of other equipment. When the fluid enters the cylinder with a certain precision filter, the impurities are blocked, and the cleaning filter is discharged from the filter outlet. The equipment runs automatically without manual disassembly and cleaning. Therefore, the use and maintenance of automatic filters is very convenient.
General principles of automatic filter selection:
1. Import and export diameter:
In principle, the import and export diameter of the automatic filter should not be less than the matching pump inlet diameter, generally consistent with the inlet pipe diameter.
2. Nominal pressure:
Automatic filter in accordance with the filter line may appear the highest pressure to determine the filter pressure class.
3. Selection of the number of holes:
Automatic filter mainly consider the size of impurities to be intercepted, according to the medium process requirements. Various specifications screen can intercept the particle size check the table "screen size".
