How do Self-cleaning filters decontaminate?

As a cleaning filter is installed, technicians will purify it to set the filtration time and cleaning conversion time. Impurities in the water to be treated enter the water from the inlet and deposit in the stainless steel filter, creating a differential pressure. Differential pressure switches at the inlet and outlet are used to monitor changes in differential pressure.
Self-cleaning filter filtration process is a fully automatic process, in the filtration process, sewage through the filter to remove impurities in the water, so as to change the quality of impurities in the water, suspended particles in inertia, sedimentation, diffusion, direct interception and other effects of the filter screen interception.
First of all, in the control mode, automatic self-cleaning filter generally adopts differential pressure control, PLC timing control, filtering, cleaning, sewage automatic operation, to achieve unattended continuous water supply, the equipment can automatically clean and discharge sewage, easy to operate.
Secondly, under different water quality conditions of automatic self-cleaning filter, general circulating water, iron and steel continuous casting water, agricultural irrigation water, air conditioning cooling water, printing and dyeing wastewater, paper waste water, filter can be automatically cleaned, self-cleaning filter accuracy range is wide, flow control flexible, occupy a small area, but in the selection should pay attention to the flow rate, suspended substance concentration and water pressure.
