Many people get confused when using quartz sand filters. It didn't take long for it to break. Problems with quartz sand filters are often caused by improper operation or external factors. In order to improve the operation efficiency of quartz sand filter and extend its service life, it is necessary to understand the common faults and solutions of quartz sand filter in advance.
1. The backwashing strength is too large, the system backwashing water is too large, the backwashing parameters are abnormal, the filter material inside the filter tank is disorderly, and the filter material structure is damaged.
2. The water distributor cloth water is not uniform, some filter material suffered by backwashing water, some filter material backwashing water is small, resulting in the filter material is not clean, filter material filtration effect is worse.
3. The quality of produced water decreases rapidly, and the quality of produced water changes obviously in a short period of time, mainly manifested as the increase of SDI value, the increase of turbidity, the increase of solid particle impurities, and the increase of pollutants.
4. Current and voltage instability, system operation water production fluctuates, affecting the entire industrial filtration system.
