How to use bag filter correctly?

The design structure of bag filter is that the top cover and filter element of the filter are tightly sealed by four groups of swinging ring bolts, so that the filter can withstand high filtration pressure and water hammer impact. The filter is composed of filter element, filter basket and filter bag. The filter is compact and simple, and the liquid to be filtered enters through the filter entrance, flows through the filter bag, and is intercepted by the filter bag. The water then flows out of the outlet.
This product is a kind of reasonable structure, simple operation, flexible, energy saving multifunctional filtration equipment, there are two types of structure: push type and side type, combined with fine polishing and high pressure shot peening, the inner and outer walls are smoother, easy to clean, less filter slag, the replacement of filter bag is very convenient.
1. Place the product in the place where it needs to be filtered, connect the import and export flange or pipe tooth, and then fix the filter; Plug the exhaust port or equipped with an exhaust valve, jacket device and heat insulation heat source connected;
2. Carefully place the metal inner net gently into the bag filter, making the neck of the inner net coincide with the mouth of the bag filter;
3, slowly open the water inlet valve, so that the liquid slowly flow into the filter and fill the filter, prevent a large number of liquid instant impact filter bag, causing the bag burst, and then pay attention to leakage, if there is no phenomenon, you can start filtering.
